In this year’s Distillery exhibition, seven Artists-in-Residence all put themselves on the edge—inhabiting and embodying positions of discomfort or instability in order to explore the difficulties inherent in creative practice. By embracing their fears, anxieties, and vulnerability, the artists are able to make personal work that demonstrates their strength and creativity. This year’s Artists-in-Residence are Alli Lemon, Karen Lue, Shyann Maragh, Mathias Rushin, Lisa Toboz, Ajunie Virk, and London Williams.

On the Edge Of will be on view at the Brew House Arts Gallery from April 17 to June 7, 2025
